ROSS FISHER TRUSTS TITLEIST FROM TEE-TO-GREEN IN EUROPEAN OPEN WIN

Seon Hwa Lee Earns Second Victory of Year on LPGA Tour Trusting Titleist

Fairhaven, MA (July 7, 2008) – Ross Fisher overcame adverse weather conditions and a world-class field to win The European Open at The London Golf Club.  The 27-year old Englishman, who began the tournament with a course-record 63, secured a seven-stroke win by holing a bunker shot on the last.  Fisher, who shot four consecutive rounds in the 60's, successfully qualified for The Open Championship earlier in the week and contemplated pulling out of this event due to fatigue.

Fisher closed with a 4-under 68 for a 20-under total to earn his second career European Tour title, and moved from 21st to 11th in The Ryder Cup standings.

What’s in Ross Fisher’s Titleist Golf Bag?: Pro V1x golf ball, 905R driver (9.5), 695MB irons (2-9), Vokey Design pitching (48) and sand (54) wedges, Spin Milled lob (60) wedge, Scotty Cameron Studio Select Newport 2 putter

Titleist was the most played golf ball at the event with 101 players, compared to 22 for the nearest competitor.  The win was the 16th for Titleist golf ball loyalists on the 2008 PGA European Tour, more than three times the nearest competitor with 5.

In addition to Fisher winning with a Scotty Cameron putter, the runner-up, who captured the PLAYERS Championship earlier this year, made it a 1-2 finish for the flatstick.  The runner-up fired a final round 66 and said it was “definitely the best putting round I’ve ever had.”

PGA: The winner of the AT&T National emerged from a pack of contenders, firing a final round 5-under 65 for a two-shot victory.  Tommy Armour III (Pro V1, 907D4 driver, 680 irons, Vokey Design sand wedge, Spin Milled lob wedge) closed with a 69 and was among six players - including fellow Titleist golf ball loyalists Nick O'Hern (Pro V1), Rod Pampling (Pro V1x) and Dean Wilson (Pro V1x) - who tied for third at 271.

Titleist was the most played golf ball at the event with 78 players, compared to 16 for the nearest competitor.  Titleist was also the top choice in the iron (33), wedge (121) and putter (46) categories.

The win marks the 15th victory for players trusting Scotty Cameron putters on the 2008 PGA Tour, three times the nearest competitor with 5.  It was the first time the winner had used this new Cameron prototype putter in competition.  In fact, Cameron putters have been on a roll on the 2008 PGA TOUR, already having been played by the winners of the year's first two majors and the PLAYERS Championship.  In fact, Cameron putters were trusted by each of the champions on the PGA, PGA European and LPGA Tours this week.

Titleist was second in drivers with 41, including nine players who relied upon the new 909 series.  One player tied for third playing the new 909D3 for the first time in competition.  He also tied for third in Driving Accuracy (78.6).   Titleist ambassador Tom Pernice relied upon the new 909D3 and finished T9.  In fact, eight of the nine players who teed off with 909 drivers made the cut, including Davis Love III who finished third in Driving Distance (312.1) and T15 in Driving Accuracy (69.6) playing the 909D3 for the first time in competition.
